WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY – HOLEY LAND WMA, FL
The camera gear used in this Holey Land WMA morning scene was a Nikon D90 camera body attached to a Tamron 2x Teleconverter and Tamron 20-300mm lens.
This is a scene of early morning at the Holey Land Wildlife Management Area. The Holey Land WMA ‘s location is off of Okeechobee Road (US27) at the borderline of Broward County and Palm Beach County in Florida. When the canals are swollen with water, this location is a terrific place to observe birds, both migratory and residential. Note the Roseate Spoonbill gliding just above the water.
